Nana ice cream with mango and coconut. Topped with the usuals nuts and amaranth muesli. I love the feeling when i can eat a lot and i feel good. Thats how you should feel when you eat!!

Vegan day 4, going very well and happy! Morning snacks was banana topped with tahini, dark chocolate, and yogurt cup topped with quinoa puffs and nuts and peanutbutter. Yummy ❤️

The cold cant stop me from this baby. However, half frozen and half normal bananas were used here. Having my fav fruits strawberries for the last few times before they are gone.
